We collect information you provide directly — such as your name and email address when you create an account or contact us.

When you connect an ad account (Google Ads or Meta Ads), we access campaign performance data through the platforms' official OAuth APIs. This includes metrics such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions. We do not access your payment information, personal audience lists, or creative assets stored on those platforms.

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Service, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and session duration. This data is used solely for security, performance monitoring, and improving the Service.

To provide, operate, and improve the Addvise platform.

To analyze your connected ad campaigns and generate optimization recommendations.

To send you transactional emails (e.g., account confirmations, billing receipts) and, with your consent, product updates or marketing communications.

To detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.

To conduct internal analytics and product research. We use aggregated, anonymized data that cannot be linked back to you.

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service.

Campaign performance data synced from connected ad accounts is retained for up to 24 months to power historical analysis and trend recommendations. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot identify you.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors (e.g., cloud infrastructure, payment processors, email delivery services) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred. We will notify you before any such transfer takes effect.

With Your Consent: We share data for any other purpose only with your explicit prior consent.

We use first-party cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (e.g., language selection). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We use privacy-respecting analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Service. You can opt out of analytics tracking through the cookie banner on our website.

We implement industry-standard safeguards including HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest for sensitive data, and strict access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

All connections to ad platform APIs use read-only OAuth tokens. These tokens can be revoked at any time from your ad platform account settings or from within Addvise.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. You may also object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@addvise.ai. We will respond within 30 days. If you are located in the European Economic Area, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Addvise is not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
